Tree Climbing for Posture!




I want to talk about posture today. As a society, we no longer hunt for our food, climb trees, and run all day. Most of us sit at a desk which is not good for our backs or posture. More and more people are compacting their bodies, slouching even when not at a desk, and generally not moving our bodies like they are meant to be moved!

The video above demonstrates a great way to elongate your spine, pull your body up and work on posture all while having fun. Do some tree climbers today!
